Food as with many people is a huge part of our lives, ‘Good Food’ and by that I mean healthy, wholesome, comforting, exciting, nutritious and above all tasty is very important to us as a family. I cook from a broad range of influences mainly Mediterranean and North African particularly Italy, Spain, Greece and Turkey. (I love a curry too) My Italian roots (Mother) literally compels me to feed people, it’s in my blood.
Having a coeliac daughter means I am very familiar with the ‘free from’ sections of supermarkets, markets, food shops and eating places. This in mind I will always try to make your eating experience as good as it can be whatever your allergy, intolerance or preference. I hope to offer a range of food that you want to eat because as well as looking; smelling and tasting great it is, wherever possible, locally sourced with sustainability and the balance of life on our planet in mind.
I love food on all levels; eating it, sourcing it, preparing it, reading about it and sharing it with family and friends. So now I consider myself very lucky to be able to take this to the next step allowing me to share my family’s enthusiasm with more people in our home town and surrounding area. This is a new business and one for all the family so there will be three generations of us to welcome you.
